    Presents exercises in a concise way, while detailing key information on frequency, intensity and tempo of the training. Ensuring that you have the knowledge to make progress.

    This includes a monthly check-in with the trainer, access to support via message and nutrition advice.

  • A combination of In-Person Coaching and Online Coaching.

    This option can be great for clients that need a more flexible plan.
